Bag End is a luxurious "smial" (Hobbit-hole) located at the end of Bagshot Row in [[Hobbiton]], within [[The Shire]]. Built by Bungo Baggins, it became the home of [[Bilbo Baggins]] and later [[Frodo Baggins]]. It is famous for its iconic round green door and its extensive library and pantry. Bag End served as the starting point for two of the most significant journeys in history: the Quest of Erebor and the Quest of the Ring. Its name eventually became synonymous with the Baggins family legacy and the unexpected adventures of [[Hobbit]]-kind.
